It was determined that the river crossing <br />(Reach C-9 to C-13 on the map 'below) was not needed, and conse- <br />quently the Anoka interceptor lower segment would not need to be <br />deep to tie into the Champlin lift station. Champlin would need <br />some method (either Reach C-8 or some .other alternative) to convey <br />flow from approximately 120 acres of undeveloped land in the north- <br />west part of the community. Champlin felt t'he need for this service <br />is 10-20 years away, and the selection of an appropriate alternative <br />should be coordinated with Dayton's future service needs. This <br />should be addressed as part of the preliminary design phase of the <br />..~CC 201 Ncrthwest Area Study, and will be discussed with Champlin <br />in the near future. <br /> <br /> :;:'i' '%.
