3.00 <br /> <br />3.01 <br /> <br />3.02 <br /> <br />3.03 <br /> <br />4.00 <br />4.01 <br /> <br />4.02 <br /> <br />4.03 <br /> <br /> STANDARDS FOR HEALTH ~D ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION <br /> <br /> Standards Adopted_. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources en- <br /> titled "Wild, Scenic, and Recreational Rivers System" (6 MCAR 1.0078-1o0079) and <br /> "hum River Mangement" (6 MCAR 1.2700-1.2720) are hereby adopted by' refdrence. <br /> Standards Amendedl The above adopted standards are amended as roi'lows: <br /> <br /> A.~ Wherever the term "local authority", "zqn~ng authority", and/or "zoning <br /> administrator" occurs in these adopted standards it shall mean .the Department. <br /> <br />B. Regulation 6 MCAR 1.0079 (c) (2} (aa) (ii) is deleted in its entirety and the <br /> following inserted: "(ii) For S~enic Rivers: Riparian lots be of at least ' <br /> 4 acres in area and at least 300 feet in width at the building and waterline; <br /> non-riparian lots be of at least 2 1/2 acres in area and 300 feet in width <br /> <br /> at the building line. <br />c..Regulat3on 6 ..~_~k~_~ _l_.~J~9' B' and_ ~f .ar3.._~leted in their entirety. <br />D. Those portions of Regulations 6 MCAR 1.2700-1.2720 which are not pertinent <br /> <br /> to the area subject to'this ordinance (Oak Grove Township) shall be considered <br /> <br /> deleted.' ° <br /> <br />In addition to the foregoing standards, each lot shall have at least one contiguous <br />acre' free of the following l~miting factors: <br /> <br />A. Low swampy areas or areas subject to recurrent flooding; <br /> <br />B. Areas where the highest known ground water table is within four feet of the <br /> bottom of the soil absorption system at any time; <br /> <br />C. Areas of exposed bedrock or shalio~ bedrock within four feet of the bottom <br /> of a soil absorption system or any other geol.ogic formation which prohibits <br /> <br /> percolation of the effluent; " <br /> <br />D. Areas of ground slope where there is danger of seepage of effluent onto the <br /> surface of the ground, in accordance with the following critical slope values: <br /> <br /> Percolation Critical <br /> <br />Rate (Minutes} <br /> <br />Less than 3 <br /> 3-45 <br /> 45-120 <br /> <br />Slope <br /> <br />20% or more <br />15% or more <br />10% or more; <br /> <br />E. Soils where the percolation rate is slower than one (1} inch in 120 minutes. <br />SANITARY PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Water Supply. The provisions of the Anoka County Water Supply and Sewage Disposal <br />Ordinance shall apply. <br /> <br />Sewage Disposal. The provisions of the Anoka County Water Supply and Sewage Dis- <br />posal Ordinance shall apply. <br />Waste D~sposal. <br /> <br />A. The dis-~°sal of sewage, industrial wastes, or other wastes as defined in M.S.. <br /> Chapters 115 and 116, shall be subject to the Standards, criteria, rules and <br /> regulations of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />B. No solid waste or sludge shall be placea ~n or on any ~ubl~c water or ~n any <br /> watercourse leadin9 to a public water. <br /> <br />C. No solid waste disposal site shall be located within the jurisdiction of th~s <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br />D. Sept'age shall be: <br /> 1. Disposed of in a mun~clpal sewage disposal system where practicable. <br /> <br /> <br />
