MANAGEMENT/LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT FOR THE APRIL 8, 1980 COUNTY BOARD MEETING The Management/Law Enforcement Committee meeting was held on March 25, 1980 at 8:30 A.M. in the County Board Meeting Room of the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka, Minnesota. Persons Present: Committee members - Commissione~ Kordiak and Commissioner Johnson. Staff present - Dale F. Winch, Director of Property Management; Robert W. Johnson, County Attorney; Wayne Holtmeier, Assistant Personnel Director; Kirk Rosenberger, Administrative Assistant. * Ail items were approved by all Committee members unless otherwise noted. * 1. The Committee considered the recommendations of the County Personnel Department relative to the following items and recommended their approval to the County Board: Request by the Director of Courthouse Operations to start the new switchboard operator at $5.40 per hour which is $.15 per hour above the mid-point of the salary range. This request is based on five years of previous switchboard experience. Information Items In accordance with the Personnel Rules and Regulations, the Management/Law Enforcement Committee approved of the following items at the recommendation of the Personnel Department - Auditor's Office - the following reclassifications: Supervisor of Property Description/Special Assessments and Office Manager - Present classification E2, $17,332.83 per year. Recommended classification E4, $17,983.80 per year. Chief Settlement Clerk - Present classification N4, $13,089.53 per year. Recommended classification N5, $13,482.22 per-year. Office Manager (Columbia Heights) - Present classification N3, $11,843.99 per year. Recommended classification N6, $12,664.28 per year.
