Industrial Was' It has been called to my attention that <br /> <br />i the Metropolitan Council's Waste Management Policy Plan and the <br />Northwest Area Study do not show any industrial waste flows allocated <br />to Ramsey until the year 2020. In discussing the matter with the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Comission, they indicated we should state <br />our projected industrial waste flows in the City's-Comprehensive Plan. <br />This would force the Metropolitan Council to address the issue and up- <br /> date their 208 Plan.
