The concern is the area is already a one in/one out accessed <br /> neighborhood around Rum River Hills golf course from HWY 47. There are only 11 lots planned for this development <br /> and it will add additional people into this scenario. I'm not sure if this can be corrected because I highly doubt the state <br /> will add an additional access to HWY 47. We've been giving variances for cul-de-sac lengths recently, and don't see this <br /> being an issue here. <br />
