~ASE #8: <br /> <br />0~CASE #9: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT FROM ROGER AND JUDY ~YER (7250 - 175TH AVENUE NW) <br /> <br />REGARDING ADJOINING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-d) contains a letter dated April 28, 1980 from <br />the Meyer's and a letter June l, 1976 from Mr. Peterson to <br />Mike Auspos. Now, this office hasn't gone out to this parcel <br />of land but will prior to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />If there are problems in regards to zoning violations or <br />nuisance violation we will take appropriate action. Reason <br />this is on the agenda is for the information purposes only <br />as the letter was to the City Council. Enclosure (D3-e) is <br />a map showing Meyer's property and Plat 89204) <br /> <br />STREET IMPROV]~[ENT PETITION: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-f) contains the following: <br /> <br />~ a) Whispering Pines Plat #2 petition. <br /><b ) 159th Avenue, 158th Lane, Ebony Street and Dolomite <br /> Street petition. <br /> c) City Staff letter dated May 8, 1980, with the statistical <br /> information on the above petitions. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to accept/not accept the <br />petitions. If you accept the petitions then you will have <br />to order a feasibility study. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT AS A DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS; CASE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND.LOAN: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-g) contains a copy of their letter requesting <br />to be a depository of City funds. The Anoka branch has re- <br />quested that they be a depository of City funds. Now, what <br />this really means is that in order for us to invest in their <br />instrument they have to be an authorized depository of City <br />funds. <br /> <br />Currently, the following institutions are authorized depositories <br />for the City: <br /> <br />a) First National Bank, Anoka <br />b) State Bank of Anoka, Anoka <br /> c) Twin City Federal, Anoka branch <br /> d) FirstNational Bank of Minneapolis <br /> e) Farmers and Mechanics Bank <br /> f) Northwestern Bank of'Minneapolis <br /> <br />Council Action: Approve/disapprove the request <br /> <br /> <br />
