Council Action: Your approval is required to go ahead as it <br />is not a budget item. <br /> <br /> CASE #6~x INAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION; CASE OF VOLNER'S GREENHOUSE: <br /> ~Mr. Volner's Attorney met with us on April 30, 1980 to discuss <br /> ~j\ the Volner case. We explained to ~him the procedure his client <br />~ '~J (Volner) would have to go through to get a conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> \ \~ Accordingly, on May 2, 1980, we received a citizen complaint <br /> ~3\~ that Mr. Volner was constructing a building. Clayton went out <br /> \~ to investigate and red tagged .the building the same day. Enclos- <br /> ure (D2-g) contains the Building Inspector's follow up letter. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required at this time, just <br />strictly informational. <br /> <br />CASE #7 <br />CASE #8 <br /> <br />LABORATORY TESTS ON LANDFILL WELLS: <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D2-h) laboratory test. Should any <br />Council member have a question the City Engineer is prepared <br />to address them at the meeting.
