ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS

D-2 COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS

CASE #3 )

Add enclosure (D2-e) to case #3
BREAKDOWN ON COST TO REFINISH BASEMENT IN CITY H~LL. This
enclosure was not available when the agenda was prepared.

CASE #4)

Add enclosure (D2-ee) to case #4 RAMSEY LANDFILL. This
enclosure contains the following documents:

a) Letter from Waste Management dated May 9, 1980, which
is their reply to commitments they agreed to in subpara-
graph (c) of case #4 (except nothing is stated about clean-
ing carpeting).

b) Agenda for Anoka County Environmental Services Committee
meeting scheduled May 15, 1980 at 8:00 P.M. in the
Commissioner's Room.

The Ramsey City Council may want to prepare subject matter
for discussion at this meeting. Consequently, it maybe
prudent to have a special council meeting on the 14th of
May, 1980 to prepare for this meeting.

0~ C~SE #9)

GROSSLEIN DISTRIBUTING SITE PLAN:

Request for change in site plan. Please refer to enclosure
(D2-i). I might add Mrs. Gustafson, a resident on Rivlyn,
is upset with this change that M~. Grosslein has made to the
site plan.

Council Action: Will be to approve/disapprove the change
in the site plan as show~ in the above enclosure. I think
the above change will facilitate better handling of trucks
which will make it.easier for the residents. I also think
there may be some drainage problems eliminated. However,
the drainage situation'is still another bucket of Worms and
it.is still a problem as Rivlyn drains into Tungsten and
Rivlyn is not a part of the project which could very easily
create problems.
