Finch <br />June 4, 1980 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> $;~int Pau], A4Jnne~ot.~ 55101 <br /> <br />That the School District .should work with local <br />governments in those areas where school facilities <br />have. on-site systems to coordinate planning for <br />sewerservice to those facilities, and that the <br />school District's on-site systems should conform <br />to the on-site regulations of the municipalities <br />in which they are located, until sewer service is <br />available. <br /> <br />That the School District should identify, as a <br />priority in its CIP, connections to central sewer <br />for facilities with failing on-site systems. <br /> <br />That the Anoka-Hennepin School District should be <br />encouraged to continue efforts at developing means <br />of cooperation with the Brooklyn Center School <br />District and other area school districts which <br />will maximize the use of existing facilities; and <br />that a discussion of those efforts should be <br />included in an amended CIP. <br /> <br />That the Anoka-Hennepin School District be re- <br />quested to submit information on its outstanding <br />indebtedness and an annual debt service schedule <br />to 1985 for use in fiscal planning by overlapping <br />jurisdictions. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of a letter received from Gary Shallcross <br />commenting on this Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />METROPOLI TAN.'
