The transfer station will have access from the two (2) site entrances on McKinley Street. <br /> <br />In accordance with City Code, a sufficient number of off-street parking spaces are <br />provided and all traveled surfaces around the transfer station will be paved with <br />bituminous and finished with B-6/12 concrete curbing. <br /> <br />The landscape plan was reviewed and approved as a part of the site plan for the <br />office/shop facility. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval of the Transfer Station contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 6, 2000. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council grant site plan approval to ACE Solid Waste <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 6, 2000. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />PC: 05/2/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
