CASE #9: <br /> <br />CASE #10: <br /> <br />2) We discussed with Waste Management that emergency plans <br /> should be established in regards to covering costs of <br /> housing citizens who reside by the landfill should their <br /> home become unsafe due to methane gas or other causes <br /> which are caused by the landfill. ~ir. Otter called me <br /> on this portion Thursday, August 21, 1980 stating that <br /> they couldn't commit themselves. Consequently, I have <br /> requested that County. Administrator prepare an emergency <br /> contingency plan that will cover this responsibility. <br /> Ralph McGinley, County Administrator, said they would <br /> do it. Council action should be to note this by motion <br /> and request for this plan as soon as possible. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Deed to landfill land - We discussed at this meeting <br />that the City of Ramsey should request that Anoka adopt <br />the proper ordinances to. make their agreement with the <br />City of Ramsey in regards to landownership legal with <br />their charter. It was suggested that the Ramsey City <br />Attorney be designated to accomplish this. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />this request. Bill should outline what he is going to need from <br />Council in your motion if you approve of it. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Council Resolution #80-75 is enclosed as enclosure (D2-jj) <br />for your information. The letters forwarding the resolu- <br />tion to the designated official and concerned citizens <br />are contained in Letters and Communications Enclosure <br />(C-2). <br /> <br />EDA GRANT CITY HALL ( PROJECT 06-51-02857 ): <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-k) is furnished for your information and should <br />be noted in the Council minutes by motion. <br /> <br />RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING/REJECTING OF BIDS FORM SA PROJECT #80-13 <br /> <br />STREET IMPROV]B/~ENT OF 153rd AVENUE BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD #5 AND <br /> <br />CASE #21; <br /> <br />#47: <br /> <br />Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M., August 25, 1980 and tabulated <br />and checked out for accuracy. Council will have to receive and <br />and a¢cept/rejec% bids at this meeting.
