The County is open <br />for a meeting on either the 3rd or 4th of September. I would <br />think we would want this during the day time so we cotuld have <br />the County Board present. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-n) is forwarded for your information and we should <br />be setting up this meeting. I think it would be an excellent <br />idea to have the Ramsey Economic Development Committee present <br />for this. <br /> <br />CASE #13: RAUDIO PROPERTY WHICH IS BEING ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF P~SEY: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-o) contains a copy of the purchase agreement that <br />City Council will be asked to authorize the L~yor and City Ad- <br />ministrator to execute on behalf of the City of Ramsey. This <br />purchase agreement conveys to Anoka County from the City the <br />First Guaranty right-of-way property lying easterly of Highway <br />~47. The County will then be conveying this property to the <br />State in order to upgrade #47 and the Highway #47 and #5 inter- <br />section. The City is receiving $3000 as consideration for this <br />conveyance. The $3000 will be received in the form of satisfy- <br />ing the delinquent taxes on the much larger tract or Tract A <br />on the survey.
