Finally, the completed report will be presented in a <br />public meeting, which will be held at the Council in late November. <br />Written comments will be accepted up to one week after the indivi- <br />dual county meetings, scheduled in October, and one week after the <br />final public meeting, tentatively scheduled in late November.
