Prior to work on the entrances onto U.S. Highway 10, the developer must <br /> obtain an entrance permit from MN/DOT and post the required bond. - <br /> <br />6. A street address map should be submitted as per City Code A~ticle 170.0130 <br /> D.-M. <br /> <br />We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $157,500 which includes <br />$20,000 for future signalization of Armstrong Boulevard and T.H. No. 10. The. <br />bond or escrow requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $236,250. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The developer enter into a performance contract with the city to complete <br /> the improvements. <br /> <br />2. All of the changes or additions stated in this letter are completed. <br /> <br />3.
