During the <br />interim period they requested Councilman Sorteberg to review <br />the City Assessor's certificate of real estate values he gets <br />on each house sale in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) contains the City Assessor's partial list of <br />representative sales here in the City of Ramsey, Further, lir, <br />Wirz will be present to discuss this with the Council members, <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that the Anoka <br />County Assessor's office has suggested that the City Assessor <br />look at a 7% increase when doing residential dwellings for the <br />above stated period. Council may desire to take other action <br />but I do want it documented.
