Commissioner Brauer asked why they were not moving everything north two feet and taking two <br />feet out of the park. He stated if the lots were redrawn they would not need a variance. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald indicated this plan was in the design stage prior to the City realizing that <br />Sunwood Drive would need to provide 92 feet of right of way. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer asked if the plats are recorded for this part of Town Center. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated the outlots are recorded, which sets the basic lot and street <br />framework for the Town Center development. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer asked if they would run into this situation with more of the developments. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Johnson stated he thinks Staff feels they can request two-foot lot lines rather than <br />zero lot lines. <br /> <br />Public Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
