Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Receive Bids and Award Contract for Improvement Project #04-21, <br />Municipal Well #6 Construction <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained Improvement Project #04-21 consists of the construction of <br />Municipal Well #6 and installation of the submersible pump associated with this well. <br />Authorization to advertise for bids was ordered on August 10, 2004, and bids were opened on <br />Tuesday, September 7, 2004. The bids were received and ranged from $318,322 to $339,925 as <br />lbllows: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />E.l~l. Rennet & Sons <br />Mark J.
