Motion by Councihnember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to award contract <br />for l? #04-33 Alpine Drive/156th Avenue Storm Sewer Project to Inland Utilities Construction in <br />the amount of $33,350. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmennan, Cook, Elvig, Kurak, <br />I~eat'son, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Consider Authorization of First Amendment to Master Development <br />Agreement for Ramsey Town Center <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised staff is requesting that this case and Case No. 13 be <br />continued to a special Council meeting to be held September 21st. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to table authorization of <br />First An]cndment to Master Development Agreement for Ramsey Town Center to the September <br />21,2004 special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to table Parkland and Trail <br />Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center to the September 21, 2004 special City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Kurak, Pearson, Strommen, and <br />Zimmcrman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Receive Bids and Award Contract for Improvement Project #04-21, <br />Municipal Well #6 Construction <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained Improvement Project #04-21 consists of the construction of <br />Municipal Well #6 and installation of the submersible pump associated with this well. <br />Authorization to advertise for bids was ordered on August 10, 2004, and bids were opened on <br />Tuesday, September 7, 2004. The bids were received and ranged from $318,322 to $339,925 as <br />lbllows: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />E.l~l. Rennet & Sons <br />Mark J. Traut Wells, Inc. <br /> <br />AmountofBid <br />$318,322.00 <br />$339,925.00 <br /> <br />City Engineer .lankowski advised the Engineers estimate on this project was in the amount of <br />$400,000.
