Counci hnember Kurak questioned if the City possesses record of title on the property. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Kapler replied Assistant Public Works Director Olson wrote this case and <br />he is out of town. He suggested the motion be made contingent on the City possessing the proper <br />title work. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve Resolution <br />#04-09-274, awarding Project #04-1, Construction of Municipal Well #6, to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, E.H.
