Show raw water line that will be installed by others also. The RTC development will require additional water supply wells. This was anticipated and a lot was platted on the east side of Zeolite Street for a future well. An e2cploratory well has been developed on the lot'and the plans for pipe to connect this well with the ci~, water distribz~tion system have been issued for construction. The proposed.gas station on the site is within the well head protection area for this f~tz~re well. Gas Stations are not e,v, plicitly prohibited in well head protection areas, however additional protection measures are required for the underground storage tanks and dispensing areas. Plans for these additional controls must be submitted to the ci~. /bt apDroval.
