This was anticipated and a lot <br />was platted on the east side of Zeolite Street for a future well. An e2cploratory well has been <br />developed on the lot'and the plans for pipe to connect this well with the ci~, water distribz~tion <br />system have been issued for construction. The proposed.gas station on the site is within the well <br />head protection area for this f~tz~re well. Gas Stations are not e,v, plicitly prohibited in well head <br />protection areas, however additional protection measures are required for the underground <br />storage tanks and dispensing areas. Plans for these additional controls must be submitted to the <br />ci~. /bt apDroval. Relocation of the well has been suggested by the developer, This may be <br />acceptable to the ci~ if a suitable site for the new well can be Jbund. The developer will be <br />responsible jbr reimbursing the city expenditures to date on the current well site and <br />reimbursing the cityJbr the cost of pipe installed but not used to connect to the original well. <br /> <br />· Coordinates are shown on the current plans. The basis datum for these coordinates <br /> must be specified, several' conflicting coordinate systems have been used on this <br /> proiect to date. '. <br />· The buildings along Sunwood and Zeolite are permitted up to the right of way. Stoops <br /> ~br doors should be must be kept inside the property,, stoops protruding into the right <br /> o 1' way interfere with the small utilities. <br /> <br /> <br />
