The <br />property is located on the west side of T.H. #47, immediately north of the existing Apple <br />Ridge/River Pines neighborhood. The property is currently located outside the boundaries of the <br />MUSA and is zoned R~ 1 Rural Residential. She reminded the Commission that at their regular <br />meeting in September, they recommended that City Council approve an amendment to the <br />Comprehensive Plan to expand the MUSA boundary to include the subject property. They also <br />recommended that the City Council rezone the property to R-1 Urban Residential to facilitate <br />development of the property at urban standards.
