The applicant would like to utilize 31% of the <br />subject property for outside storage purposes, which, equates to approximately 3.5 acres of the <br />total 11 acre site. The storage area is currently surfaced with an aggregate mixture similar to <br />Class V. Staff is recommending that additional landscaping be added along the northern <br />boundary line in order to provide additional screening of the outside storage area from the <br />neighboring property.
