Do we revoke permit after one <br />con~laint or 100 complaints? Where do you set the standard in a case <br />like this? We have to develop some consistency in this City rather than <br />hopscotch all over. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg To date, we have had no complaints made regarding conditional <br />use permit violations in the City of Ramsey. But, upon first complaint, <br />there should be immediate review. <br /> <br />Jean Sch]ueter - 15011 Juniper Ridge Drive - What is to stop neighbors <br />£rom harrassing Karol Andreason by complaining unnecessarily. Karol has <br />more integrity that anyone in this room tonight. She has tried to <br />approach this matter in a straight forward manner. She is not trying to <br />create a problem, she is trying to make a stepping stone to a business <br />Jn the City of Ramsey and you people are making a mountain out of a mole <br />h~]l. Karol has always worked for the betterment of this community. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to recommend <br />to CitxCouncil that an agreement be entered into between the City of Ramsey <br />and Ms. ~arol Andreason and that the agreement bel based on these hhanges <br />and/or addition to Findings of Fact beginning with Item #5 - Performm~ce <br />Standards: <br /> <br />#5-a The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka. Even <br /> though the potential of fire in related required equipment exists, <br /> proper operation, maintenance and fire extinguishers will reduce <br /> potential considerably. <br /> <br />Noise pollution may be a problem. <br /> <br /># 5 -e <br /> <br />#8 <br /> <br />#9 <br /> <br />//'12 <br /> <br />#13 <br /> <br />//14 <br /> <br />tt 15 <br /> <br />Odors may be applicable. <br /> <br />That the applicant understands and agrees that no pizza sold <br />shall be consumed on the premises. <br /> <br />The applicant has a P~ddlers License to operate the concession <br />stand for the sale of ice cream, pop, hot dogs, etc., but will <br />not be sold at the residence. <br /> <br />If granted, it should be for a 6 month period with option for <br />renewal for one more 6 month period.
