The lot is 4.8 acres and is proposed to be developed as a mini- <br />storage faciiitv with 4 storage buildings. Outlot A exceeds the one-acre minimum lot size <br />requirement and the 200-foot lot width requirement. The grading, drainage, and utility plans are <br />'oem=; o reviewed as ·Cart ,of the site plan, Ali drainage ponds shown on the site must be dedicated <br />as drainage and ~tilitv easements on the revised preliminary pint and the final plat.
