9. That the Applicant has stated the variance requested is the minimnm variance needed to <br /> alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br /> 10. That it' granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the E-1 <br /> Employment District. <br /> <br /> 11. That if granted, the variance wi!l/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br /> 12. That it' granted, the variance will/will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br /> 13. That ii` granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish propers,' values in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br /> 14. Yhat if granted; the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />15. That, if granted; the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br /> denied to other owners o£ land in the same district. <br /> <br />16. That undue hardship wiil/will not result ii' the variance request is denied due to the existence <br /> of special conditions and circumstanc6s which are peculiar to the land and which are not <br /> applicable ~o other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />17.
