Board ,Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION//04-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO THE SIXTY (60) <br />REQUIREMENT IN THE E-1 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> RELATING TO A <br />FOOT BUFFERYARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TSM Development, Inc., hereinafter referred .to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied lbr a variance from Section 9.20.24 regarding minimum bufferyard <br />requirements in the E-1 Employment District on the property generally located on Ramsey Bird <br />and Bunker Lake Btvd and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Board of Adjustment conducted a public heating pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the <br />Ramsey City Code on November 4, 2004, and that said public hearing was properly <br />advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incprporated as a part of <br />these findings by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned E~I Employment and is approximately 4.8 acres in size. <br /> <br />3. That properties to the north and east are zoned R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />4. That the property to the south and west is street right of way. <br /> <br />5. That mini storage is a permitted use 'in the E-1 Employment District. <br /> <br />6. That section 9.20.24 (E-1 Employment District) requires a sixty (60) foot setback between <br /> parcels zoned E-1 Employment and those zoned R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is requesting a variance from the 60-foot bufferyard requirement along the <br />northern property, line of Outlot A, Regency Pond, in order to construct bituminous surface <br />and buildings within 30 feet of said property line. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant will construct an eight-foot high privacy fence around the perimeter of the <br /> ctcveloprnent to help mitigate the lesser bufferyard. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
