That the Appiicant has stated that given the unusual shape of the subject property it is <br />practically difficult to develop the site to its potential and accommodate a 60-foot bufferyard <br />on the northern property line of Outlot A, Regency Pond. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has stated the variance requested is the minimum variance needed to <br /> alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />II. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the E-i <br /> Employment District. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance wilt/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br />13. That if ~'anted, the variance will/wil~ not endanger the public safety,. <br /> <br />14. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />15. That ii'granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />16. That, if granted, the variance will/will not ~ant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br /> denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That ~mdue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence <br />of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are not <br />applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />t 8.
