That the Appiicant has stated that given the unusual shape of the subject property it is practically difficult to develop the site to its potential and accommodate a 60-foot bufferyard on the northern property line of Outlot A, Regency Pond. 10. That the Applicant has stated the variance requested is the minimum variance needed to alleviate the hardship. II. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the E-i Employment District. 12. That if granted, the variance wilt/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent property. 13. That if ~'anted, the variance will/wil~ not endanger the public safety,. 14. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the neighborhood. 15. That ii'granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. 16. That, if granted, the variance will/will not ~ant the Applicant any special privileges that are denied to other owners of land in the same district. 17. That ~mdue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are not applicable to other lands in the same district. t 8.
