GARY SIGAEOO 162nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Sigafoo is questioning whether the vacant lot he owns adjacent <br />to his home is a buildable lot and why he should pay a street <br />assessment on it. The following is submitted for your review <br />on this case. <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-a) contains the City Engineer's letter dated <br />March 13, 1980 which contains the Engineer's and Building Inspect- <br />or's comments on this case. It also contains a map showing the <br />vacant lot that Mr. Sigafoo owns and also it shows the lot which <br />iS his .residence. <br /> <br />City Administrator 'Comments: I visited this area with the Engineer <br />aTnd" Building' Inspector and concur with their findings. However, I <br />also feel anything is feasible if you-are willing to pay the cost <br />of making it fea. sible. Consequently, this is a major policy for <br />the Council as it will set a policy on the city's future handling <br />of the. above type of cases. It 'is 'therefore 'recommended that the <br />Council direct 'staff 'to 'prepare a 'finding of fact on these cases <br />ghat were not broughl to 'yOUr attention 'at the txme of .the Public hearing. <br /> <br />Council Action: It is recommended that you direct finding of fact <br />on %his matter. <br /> <br />STREET ASSESSMENT; CASE 'OF 'MRf LEON BRAY '16411 Olivine St N.W. <br /> <br />This case is the same as the one with Mr. Sigafoo. Enclosure (D3-b) <br />is submitted for your review. <br /> <br />Council Action:. It is recommended that this case be handled in the <br />same manner as Mr. Sigafoo in the above Case. <br /> <br /> <br />
