20. Install Hydrant — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, <br />material, and labor costs required for the installation of hydrants. <br />21. Connect to Existing Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation <br />for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the connection to existing watermain. <br />22. Furnish and Install DIP Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as <br />compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of DIP <br />watermain based upon size and class. Watermain 8" and larger shall be class 52. Watermain <br />6" and smaller shall be class 53. <br />23. Furnish and Install Ductile Iron Fittings for Watermain — Ductile Iron Pipe weights are based <br />on Tyler Union waterworks catalog tables. Payment shall be made on a per pound basis as <br />compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of ductile <br />iron fittings. <br />24. Furnish Casting Assembly - Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for <br />all equipment, material, and labor costs required to furnish sewer castings. <br />25. Install Casting — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, <br />material, and labor costs required to install sewer castings. <br />26. Furnish and Install Sanitary Manhole — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as <br />compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of <br />sanitary manholes. <br />27. Traffic Control — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as compensation for all <br />equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation and maintenance of traffic <br />control measures (signage, barricades, flasher, etc.), as directed by the Engineer, for any local <br />traffic disruptions or temporary closures. <br />28. Silt Fence — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all <br />equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation, removal, and disposal of silt <br />fence. The payment shall be made as follows: 75 percent upon installation of the silt fence, 25 <br />percent after the permanent surfaces are established and the silt fence is removed. <br />29. Inlet Protection — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all <br />equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation and maintenance of the <br />required inlet protection, as directed by the Engineer. <br />30. Sediment Control Log Type Straw — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as <br />compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation, removal, <br />and disposal of sediment control log type straw. <br />SP 7 <br />
