20. Install Hydrant — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of hydrants. 21. Connect to Existing Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the connection to existing watermain. 22. Furnish and Install DIP Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of DIP watermain based upon size and class. Watermain 8" and larger shall be class 52. Watermain 6" and smaller shall be class 53. 23. Furnish and Install Ductile Iron Fittings for Watermain — Ductile Iron Pipe weights are based on Tyler Union waterworks catalog tables. Payment shall be made on a per pound basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of ductile iron fittings. 24. Furnish Casting Assembly - Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required to furnish sewer castings. 25. Install Casting — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required to install sewer castings. 26. Furnish and Install Sanitary Manhole — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of sanitary manholes. 27. Traffic Control — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as compensation for all equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation and maintenance of traffic control measures (signage, barricades, flasher, etc.), as directed by the Engineer, for any local traffic disruptions or temporary closures. 28. Silt Fence — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation, removal, and disposal of silt fence. The payment shall be made as follows: 75 percent upon installation of the silt fence, 25 percent after the permanent surfaces are established and the silt fence is removed. 29. Inlet Protection — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, material and labor costs required for the installation and maintenance of the required inlet protection, as directed by the Engineer. 30. Sediment Control Log Type Straw — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation, removal, and disposal of sediment control log type straw.
