[$0.14/liter] <br />$7.00/ton [$7.72/t] <br />$27.95/ton [$30.81/t] <br />$47.00/ton [$51.70/t] <br />Crushing will not be required in the production of Class 1 material. <br />The above prices will be considered to be compensation in full for furnishing and providing the <br />materials complete in place, including, but not limited to, royalty, waste, equipment rental, labor, overhead, profit, <br />and incidentals. When materials other than those listed above are ordered by the Engineer, they will be paid for as <br />extra work in accordance with MnDOT 1402.5, with the Contractor and the Department sharing equally in the <br />costs. Separate payment will not be made for costs of blading and reshaping necessary for the maintenance and <br />restoration of haul roads. The cost of such work shall be incidental. <br />The above shall be performed to restore visible damage. <br />S-24 (2101) CLEARING AND GRUBBING <br />REVISED 08/04/16 <br />Clearing and grubbing operations shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of <br />MnDOT 2101 and the following: <br />2. The Contractor shall remove only those trees marked for removal by the Engineer. All other trees <br />shall be protected from damage during construction. <br />S-25 (2102) PAVEMENT MARKING REMOVAL <br />REVISED 08/28/15 <br />The provisions of MnDOT 2102 are modified and/or supplemented with the following: <br />S-25.1 MnDOT 2102.3 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: <br />Before making a change in traffic pattern, remove conflicting pavement markings as required by <br />the contract and as directed by the Engineer without damaging the pavement structure or surface texture. If <br />determined by the Engineer, repair damaged areas as directed by the Engineer at no additional cost to the <br />Department. <br />Remove pavement markings on the basis of nominal widths and actual lengths as originally <br />applied and still visible at the time of pavement marking removal. Remove irregularly shaped markings by <br />enclosing them within rectangular boundaries of least dimension as determined by the Engineer. <br />Control or restrict operations to avoid exposing traffic to hazardous conditions in accordance with <br />1701, "Laws to be Observed," 1707, "Public Convenience and Safety," and 1717, "Air, Land, and Water <br />Pollution." Remove expended materials or agents used in the pavement marking removal process from the <br />pavement surface as the work progresses. Dispose of removed marking material in accordance with 1701, <br />"Laws to be Observed," and 1717, "Air, Land, and Water Pollution." <br />Removed pavement marking material shall become the property of the Contractor. <br />
