RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION <br />RAMDANCE, LLC <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />THIS DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), <br />and RAMDANCE, LLC whose address is 669 North Medina Street, Loretto, MN 55357 (the <br />"DEVELOPER"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3`d ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on October 12, 2004, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject <br />Property for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION (the Plat"), <br />WHEREAS, on October 12, 2004, the CITY approved the final Site Plan for the first <br />phase of the development of the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER intends to cause the required improvements to the <br />Subject Property to be constructed without financial participation by the CITY. <br />WHEREAS, that on September 17, 2003 the CITY entered into a Master Development <br />Agreement with Ramsey Town Center LLC regarding the development of a project known as <br />Ramsey Town Center Addition; and <br />Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition <br />RAMDANCE, LLC <br />Development Permit <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
