In 1998, the Board did grant a variance to the 10 acre minimum lot size requirement for the <br />conveyance of buildable lots to family members. In 2000, the Board granted a variance to the 4 <br />units in 40 acres density restriction on a case that involved creating a new lot for a family <br />member with health issues.
