City Staff recommends <br />approval of the 10-foot variance to the 35-foot front yard setback requirement for the proposed <br />plat of Alpine Meadows. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />A1 Kempf, 15220 St. Francis Boulevard, stated if the cul-de-sac is extended to the edge of his <br />property, he wanted to make sure there is a good, solid buffer. He said he has discussed this with <br />the developer and is confident they can come to an agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Kociscak, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Kociscak, and Brauer. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Reeve, Sweet, and Watson. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Johnson, to adopt Resolution <br />#02-05-104 adopting Findings of Fact # 0608 favorable to the applicant relating to Eighty-Seven, <br />L.L.C.'s request for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Kociscak, and Brauer. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Reeve, Sweet, and Watson. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Johnson, to approve Eighty- <br />Seven, L.L.C.'s request for a variance to front yard setbacks in the R3-U Zoning District and <br />adopt Resolution #02-05-105 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Kociscak and Johnson. Voting <br />No: Board Member Brauer.
