The public hearing closed at 7:48 p.m. Board Business Chairperson Nixt called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:48 p.m. Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Johnson, to adopt Resolution #02-05-104 adopting Findings of Fact # 0608 favorable to the applicant relating to Eighty-Seven, L.L.C.'s request for a variance.
