B. Demonstrate success in building consensus and relationships with <br /> businesses and residents relative to transportation improvement projects. <br />C. Produce necessary materials to ensure consistent and accurate <br /> information is provided. <br />D. Coordinate feedback to incorporate as part of the technical element of the <br /> project. <br /> <br />Deliverables: A work plan documenting coordinated community outreach <br />strategy. <br /> <br />4. Project funding and support <br /> <br />A. Provide assistance to the City relative to communications with key federal <br /> policy leaders to obtain additional funds necessary for further <br /> implementation. <br />B. Manage activities and processes relative to acquiring funds and provision <br /> of required documentation with appropriate state and federal agencies. <br />C. Develop, submit and Coordinate future funding applications including local, <br /> state and federal opportunities. <br />D. Schedule and coordinate delegations to Washington D.C. to visit with key <br /> leaders at the federal level. <br /> <br />Deliverables: A technical memorandum documenting communications and <br />outreach with key federal policy leaders, and a comprehensive documentation <br />of local, state, and federal funding management activities. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSAL CONTENT <br /> <br />The proposal must exhibit the following: <br /> <br />A. Familiarity with TH10 corridor, plans and projects at local, regional, state and <br /> federal levels; <br /> <br />B. Familiarity with federal funding reimbursement requirements and procedures; <br /> <br />Consultant qualifications and examples of where they have managed public - <br /> private partnerships successfully for large-scale transportation projects; <br /> <br />D. Consultant qualifications and examples of where they have developed access <br /> management conceptual layouts and preliminary designs; <br /> <br />Demonstrated ability to implement a well-rounded public involvement process <br />including: <br /> · public meetings/open houses <br /> · handout materials <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
