CASE: <br /> <br />REQUEST TO AMEND THE BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />ZONING BOUNDARIES IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF FAYE ADDITION; <br />CASE OF FAYE CONSTRUCTION <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Faye Construction is proposing to develop the plat of Faye Addition. The plat consists of <br />approximately 103 acres and is proposed to be developed with commercial activity adjacent to <br />Hwy. #10 and single family residential development south to the Mississippi River, as currently <br />zoned for.
