CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br />AMBER RIDGE FROM B-2 BUSINESS AND R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL <br /> TO R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF' ALBIN PETERSON AND CREEKVIEW CROSSING PARTNERSHIP <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Albin Peters0n and Creekview Crossing Partnership are in the process of platting Amber Ridge. <br />The plat consists of approximately 61 acres located east of St. Francis Blvd., adjacent to and north <br />of River's Bond. The property is currently zoned a combination of B-2 Business, R-3 Urban <br />Residential atid R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The plat that has been submitted proposes to develop the entirety of the property with single family <br />homes.
