A Barco ClickShare device with two USB "Buttons" will be added to the system to allow users to <br />connect to the display wirelessly. A tray has been included for the owner to place the buttons <br />when not in use. <br />The audio will be heard through a new pair of self -amplified 2X2 ceiling speakers <br />A new small Extron button panel will be installed in the wall. The button panel will control: <br />• System on/off <br />• Volume up/down <br />• Source Selection <br />o Table <br />o ClickShare <br />• Screen Control <br />o Screen Up/Down (Toggle) <br />o NOTE: The Screen up/down functions could also be tied into the projector <br />on/off buttons so when the projector is turned on, the screen automatically <br />lowers. When the projector is turned off, the screen would the automatically <br />raise. <br />The quote includes a new DaLite Single Motor Low Voltage Control System. This will allow the <br />button panel to control the screen up/down functions. It is assumed that the owner's existing <br />screen does not have the low voltage interface and is relying on the standard high voltage <br />wall switch. The owner's electrician will be required to install and connect the plenum rated <br />interface box in the ceiling above the screen. Tierney will run the low voltage relay cabling <br />from the button panel to the controller. <br />G - COR Room <br />Tierney shall reuse the existing Projector, Screen, and Wall Mounted Display. <br />A new HDMI/VGA/Audio Transmitter will be installed under the table. Tierney has included 6' <br />HDMI and VGA/Audio cables which will pass through the existing cable access box in the <br />table. The cable box will only <br />be connected to the display and will not be viewable at the projector. <br />The projector's audio will be heard through the existing wall mounted speakers for audio <br />support. <br />A new small Extron button panel will be installed in the wall. The button panel will control: <br />• Projector on/off <br />• Volume up/down <br />
