Sick leave may be <br />accumulated to a maximum of 960 hours and may be granted in units of not less than 2 <br />hours or work day. Unused sick leave in excess of 960 hours at the end of a calendar <br />year (December 31st) shall be converted to vacation at a rate of one hour vacation for <br />each two hours of sick leave in excess of 960 hours, subject to Article 14.1. <br />9 <br />
