Absent: Board Members Jeffrey, Johnson and Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Bufferyard Requirements in the E-1 Employment <br />District; Case of TSM Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler reported that the E-1 Employment District requires a 60-foot <br />bufferyard between parcels zoned E-1 and parcels zoned R-l. She stated the site plan for CNP <br />storage is showing an adequate bufferyard along its eastern boundary, but only a 30-foot <br />bufferyard along its northern boundary. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated that Staff would also note that mini-storage is a less intensive <br />use than could be constructed on the site, such as a manufacturing facility or truck terminals.
