7.0 SYSTEMS INVENTORY. <br /> <br /> The plumbing inspector shall create, update and maintain an accurate inventory <br />of all individual sewage disposal systems within the Ramsey corporate limits. <br />Information to be recorded shall include but net be limited to: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />Description of original installation <br /> <br />Improvements made <br /> <br />Pumping records <br /> <br />Soil types <br /> <br />8.0 HEALTH ttAZARDS. <br /> <br /> 8.01 General. All systems which are in a state of disrepair, and/or-improperly <br />constructed or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard to safety or <br />health or public welfare by reason of' either inadequate maintenance or construction, <br />dilapidation or obsolescence as determined by the inspection procedures in Section <br />5.0 of this ordinance or any other effective section or City ordinance are for the <br />purpose of this section hereby declared to be health hazards. All such health hazards <br />shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal in accordance with <br />the procedure specified in Subsections 8.02 of this Section. <br /> <br /> 8.02 Notice to Owner. The plumbing inspector shall examine or cause to be <br />examined and inspect every sewage disposal system reported as improperly constructed <br />or maintained in accord with the inspection procedures as prescribed in Section 5.0 <br />of this ordinance, and if such system is found to be a health hazard as defined in this <br />section, the zoning officer shall give to the owner of such system written notice <br />stating the defects thereof. This notice may require the owner or person in charge <br />of the systems to within 7 days commence either the required repairs and improvements <br />or corrective actions to bring the system into compliance with this ordinance. All <br />such work shall be completed within 90 days from the date of the notice, unless other- <br />wise stipulated by the plumbing inspector. If necessary, such notice may also prohibit <br />forthwith any further discharge into the system until all defects have been abated and <br />approved by the plumbing inspector. <br /> <br /> Proper service of such notice shall be by personal service upon the owner <br />of record, if he shall be found within the Ramsey municipal limits. If he is not <br />found within the Ramsey municipal limits such service may be made upon said owner <br />by registered mail or certified mail, provided that if such notice is by registered <br />mail or certified mail, the designated period within which said owner or person in <br />charge is required to comply with the order of the plumbing inspector shall begin <br />as of the date he receives such notice. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
