This action may <br />conflict ~th the interests of residents of the subdivision <br />along 153 Avenue N.W. near Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br /> There is inherent in the Plan the basic assumption that the <br />residents of Ramsey desire: <br /> <br />1) to have greater numbers of people come to live in Ramsey <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />the increased population be concentrated in the South- <br />e~,stern corner of the City and <br /> <br />if the Ramsey residents did not want additional pwople <br />living in Ramsey~ their voices would be ineffective in <br />bringing about their desired population density. <br /> <br /> <br />
