e. The plans for the distribution of sanitary wastes <br />and storm water. <br /> <br />f. The plans for parking of vehicles and the location <br />and width of proposed streets. <br /> <br />g. A schedule showing the proposed times within <br />which application for final approval of all sections <br />of the planned unit development are intended to be <br />filed. <br /> <br />h. A topographic map prepared by a registered civil <br />engineer or land surveyor covering the entire tract <br />proposed for development. Such maps shall be drawn <br />at a scale of 1" = 100' and shall indicate topography <br />at a two-foot contour interval. It shall show in <br />accurate detail the topography, existing buildings, <br />land features and trees. <br /> <br />The written statement shall include the following: <br /> <br />a. An explanation of the general character of the <br />planned development. <br /> <br />b. A statement describing the ultimate ownership <br />and maintenance of all parts of the development <br />including streets, structures and open space. <br /> <br />c. The total anlicipat'ed population to occupy the <br />planned unit developments, with breakdowns as to <br />the number of school age children, adults and families. <br /> <br />(E) Final Development Plan Specifications: The final develop- <br />ment plan filed with the zoning officer shall contain in final <br />form all of the information required in the preliminary <br />development plan. <br /> <br />(F) Findings Required: The findings necessary for approval <br />of the preliminary and final development plans shall be <br />based on the following and describe in what respect the plan <br />would or would not be in the public interest. <br /> <br />1~ The plan is not in conflict with the Ramsey Township <br />Comprehensive Plan as amended. <br /> <br />2. The plan i~ designed to form a desirable and unified <br />development within its own boundaries. <br /> <br />3.
