The structure is any of the following: ~ television <br />and radio towers, church spires, belfries, <br />monuments~ tanks, water and fire towers, grain <br />elevators, stage towers' and scenery lo£ts~ <br />cooling towers, ornamental to~vers and Spires, <br />chimneys, elevator bulkheads, smokestacks~ <br />conveyors, flagpoles, silos, and air conditioning <br />and heating units <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of this section, or any <br />other requirement of this Ordinahce', no structure <br />shall be allowed to exceed in height the effective <br />fire protection height capability of the fire <br />protection provided by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Street Frontage Required: No lot shall contain any <br />building used as a dwelling unless it abuts at <br />least thirty-three (.33) feet Wide to a street. No <br />private easement shell be used as the access for <br />more than one.dwelling unit except by permission of <br />the City Council after a hearing by the Planning <br />Commission. In any case, a private easement shall <br />not be approved for more than one dwelling unit <br />unless there is a minimum of thirty-three (33) feet <br />of ~idth'for each dwelling unit, except that in no <br />case shall more than sixty-six (66).feet of width <br />be required. <br /> <br />In the UR, UC, UER and UMB Districts: <br /> <br /> a. One-family structures shall have at least three (3) <br /> livable rooms and the overall dimensions shall contain <br /> an area of not less than 960 square feet on the. <br /> first floor, including foyer and exclusive of garage. <br /> <br />b. Full two-story homes ShalI have a minimum of <br />800 square feet on the first fioor, exclusive of <br />lofts, balconies and any other similar construction <br />which is not a full story and exclusive of a garage. <br />Ail other homes with more than two (2) levels <br />excluding basement level shall contain not less <br />than 960 square feet on the upper two (2) levels. <br /> <br />c. All homes must contain a minimum of 1,100 square <br />feet on the first floor including foyer unless a <br />garage of 440 square feet minimum is included with <br />the home, then'the provisions of sections (a) and (b) <br />above, shall, apply. <br /> <br />d. Two family structures shall have at least three <br />(3) livable rooms per family and the overall <br />dimensions shall contain an area of not less than <br />750 square feet on first floor per family including <br />foyer and exclusive o'f garage. <br /> <br />-27- <br /> <br /> <br />
