Three or more family structures shall have at least three ~3) livable rooms per family and the overall dimensions shall contain an area of not less than 600 square feet on first floor per family including foye.r and exclusive of garage. No accessory structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building. No accessory building shall exceed the height of the principal building. However, in no case shall such accessory building exceed fifteen (1S) feet in height in the UR and UER Districts. No accessory'bUilding shal~l be located within any required set-back area other than the rear set-back ~here such building may extend to within five (5) feet of the rear lot line. No accessory building shall be located nearer the front lot line than the principal building on that lot (this provision shall not apply to attached garages). An accessory building shall be attached to and shall be made structurally a part of the principal building if it is within five (5) feet eave-to-eave of the principal building.
