lot whether inside or outside a building, <br />and t]~e use of any open portion of the half <br />of any lot that joins any street, for the <br />storage, keeping~or abandonment of junk, <br />or scrap materials, and.the repairing, <br />dismantling, demolition or abandonment of <br />automobiles or other vehicles is prohibited <br />except that a resident of the premises may <br />repair his car on the premises, but only if <br />only one car is bein~ repaired on such lot. <br />If.a' resident~or:d~ner~brmits fhe'usd' df <br />premises in such manner he shall be deemed to <br />be taking part in such use. <br /> <br />In all other districts no materials or equipment <br />may be stored outside except those directly <br />related to the principal use or those being <br />used for construction on the premises. <br /> <br />In all areas, all waste materials, debris, refuse, <br />or garbage shall be kept in an enclosed building <br />or properly contained mn a closed container <br />designed for such purposes. The owner of vacant <br />land shall be responsible for keeping such <br />land free of refuse and weeds. <br /> <br />Screening shall be required in residential zones <br />~vhere (a) any offstreet parking area contains <br />more than six (6) parking spaces and is within <br />thirty (30) feet Of an adjoining residential <br />zone, and (b) where the driveway to a parking <br />area of more than six (6) parking spaces is. <br />within fifteen (15) feet of an adjoining zone. <br /> <br />~¥here any proposed UB, ~.i~U~B Use is adjacent to <br />or within 100 feet of an existing or proposed <br />residential land use, that UB or UMB use shall · <br />provide screening and a minimum of a forty (40) <br />feet wide landscaped yard along the boundary <br />of the residential property. Where a UB or <br />UMB use is across the street from a residential <br />land use, that business shall prOVide a <br />minimum of twenty (20) feet of landscaped yard <br />between the street and structure or parking <br />area. Any and all outside storage area that <br />may be permitted shall be-reviewed separately, <br />and shall provide for additional screening <br />around said storage area. <br /> <br /> <br />
