Traffic into and out of business areas shall in all cases be <br />forward moving with no backing into streets. <br /> <br />In the UB and UMB Districts, no vehicular access will be permitted <br />within three hundred (300) feet (measured from centerline) of any <br />intersection to a collector or major thoroughfare. <br /> <br />(I) No land shall be developed and no use shall be permitted that <br />results in water run-off, flooding, or erosion on adjacent properties. <br />Such run-off shall be properly channeled into a storm drain, water <br />course, ponding area, or other public facility. All new develop- <br />ment shall include provision of curb and gutter along public streets. <br /> <br />(J) No noise, odors, vibration, smoke, air pollution or dangerous <br />wastes shall be created that exceed the following: <br /> <br />1.
