10.3 <br /> <br />t0.4 <br /> <br />10.S <br /> <br />11.1 <br /> <br />Applications for a zoning certificate shall be a.ccompanied by a <br />plot plan showing clearly and completely the location, dimensions <br />and nature of any structure involved and such other information <br />as the zoning officer may require, for administration of this <br />ordinance, together with a filing fee in accordance with a <br />schedule annually affixed by resolution of the City Council. <br />Applications for an Urban Development Permit shall be in accord <br />with Section 5 herein. <br /> <br />Zoning certificate and urban development permit applications shall <br />be accompanied by a fee established periodically by City Council <br />resolution. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT PENALTIES: Any violation of this Ordinance may be <br />enjoined by-the City Council'through proper legal channels and <br />any person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates this <br />Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction thereof <br />be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($500.00) <br />or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both <br />for each offense. Each day a violation .is pezmitted to exist <br />shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES: In case any building, structure or land is <br />or is proposed to be erected~ constructed, reconstructed, altered, <br />converted, maintained or used in violation of this Ordinance, the <br />City Council in addition to other remedies may institute in the <br />name of the City of Ramsey any appropriate action or proceeding <br />to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such building, structure or <br />land, or to prevent, in or about such premises, any act, conduct, <br />business or use constituting a~violation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 11 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />GENERAL: Certain words used in this ~'Ordinance are defined and <br />shall be interpreted as follows: <br /> <br />Accessory Building Any subordinate building or use customarily <br />~ incidental and subordinate to the prinaipal use and located <br /> on the same lot as the principal use. <br /> <br />Accessory Use - A use naturally and normally incidental to, <br /> subordinate to, and auxiliary to the principal permitted use <br /> of the premises. <br /> <br />Agriculture - Cultivating the soil, producing crops and raising <br />livestock, horse and riding stables, excluding dog kennels. <br /> <br />Basement - a story having more than fifty (S0) percent of its <br /> clear height below finished grade. <br /> <br />Block - A tract of land bounded by streets, or a combination of <br /> streets, parks, cemeteries, railroad rights-of-way, shorelines, <br /> waterways or corporate boundary lines of the City. <br /> <br />- 44~ <br /> <br /> <br />
