Lot~ - A parcel of land occupied or capable of being occupied by <br /> one ox more structures. <br /> <br />Lot of Record - Any lot which individually or as part of a sub-' <br />' "diviSf'0n 'H~s been recorded in the office of the Register of <br /> Deeds of the County. <br /> <br />Lo__~_t~_.Depth of - A mean horizontal distance between the front and <br /> rear l~t lines measured in the mean direction of the side lot <br /> lines. <br /> <br />Lo.t~ Minimum Area of The measurements of a lot computed exclu- <br /> sive of any portion of the right-of-way of any public thoroughfare, <br /> <br />Lot, Width 6f - The width measured at right angles to the depth <br /> at the bUilding set back requirement. <br /> <br />Mobile Home - Any mobile vehicle used or designed to be used. for <br />· living purposes, whether the wheels are attached or not. A <br /> travel trailer, as deferred herein, shall be considered a mobile <br /> home, if occupied. <br /> <br />Non-conforming Structure A structure designed, converted or <br /> 'ad6pted'fo~ a use prior to the adoption of provisions prohibiting <br /> such use in soch locations, <br /> <br />Non-conforming.Use - Any use or arrangement of land or structures <br /> legally ex~sting at the time of enactment of this Ordinance or <br /> any of its amendments which does not conform to the provisions <br /> of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development - A tract of land which will contain two <br /> or more principal structures developed under unified owner- <br /> ship or control, the development of which may be unique and of <br /> a subs.tantially different character than that of the surrounding <br /> area. <br /> <br />~rincipal Building - Shall not include either an attached or <br />.~. dethc~ed garage. <br /> <br />Public Sewer - Municipal sanitary sewerage facilities connected to <br /> an interceptor sewer or sewage treatment facility provided by <br /> the Metropolitan Sewer Board. <br /> <br />-46- <br /> <br /> <br />
