Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on March 12, 2002 to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Authorize Hiring of Associate Planner <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council appoint Megan Wald to <br />the position of Associate Planner effective March 13, 2002 at an annual salary of $41,095 <br />and authorize staff to begin the recruitment process for the Community Development <br />Assistant position. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Receive Information about Resignation of Full-Time Accounting Clerk and <br />Authorize Process to Hire Full-Time Accounting Clerk <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-03- <br />077 accepting Deborah Hanson's resignation from the position of Accounting Clerk <br />effective March 20, 2002 and authorizing staff to begin the process to fill the position of <br />Accounting Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
