The temp-
orary facilities would be owned by the City of Anoka.

The Northwest Area Study will include evaluation of the Anoka WWTP as a part of
the metropolitan disposal system. Should that plant survive the evaluation,
Ramsey would use no facilities jointlY with other communities.

If the temporary facilities are construct.ed by Anoka, it is possible that
Ramsey may have need to share in the cost of and utilize the temporary facilities.

"Description of any privately-owned treatment facilities (e.g., mobile
home park plants, etc.)":

There are no privately-owned wastewater treatment facilities in the City that
discharge effluent to surface waters. There is a system owned by a mobile home
park located near the proposed west leg of the Anoka Interceptor. All that is
known about the system is that it is a septic tank soil absorption system that
has been in service for approximately ;20 years.

"Estimated sewered population by Year for the next five years (from
the desired date of initial metroPolitan sewer service)"

The March 8 memorandum indicates that ~sanitary sewer service will not be
available until 1984 which is five years from now. The entire issue is addressed
in Chapter IX of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan.

"Projected sewered connections and/or residential equivalent connections
by year for the next five years (from the desired date of initial
metropolitan sewer service)."

It is impossible to make any meaningful projection of this kind of information
for a period beginning five ?years from now.
