Five copies of an <br />agreement amendment are attached for you to complete and return to <br />the Council, along with a resolution requesting the funds, not <br />later than May 25, 1979. If the completed amendments are not sent <br />to the Council by that date, it will be assumed that your community <br />is not interested in receiving the 1978-79 funds.
